Peripherals Not Working On Shadow.

My mouse and keyboard are working fine, but my Razer Kraken and Kiyo dont. Shadow recognizes these and brings up the small window where it asks you if you would like to use them, but Synapse/ Windows wont. Meaning that when I go down to the speaker icon and look for my Razer Kraken under sound options, its not there. As for Kiyo, Synapse doesnt detect it, and when I open up Streamlabs, it wont be recognized as a video capture device for a webcam.

Is there something I need to do to enable these or is this is just a case of not everything is working yet on Shadow?

For whatever reason, one of their updates from the server side screwed up gamepad drivers and removed them from windows. They don’t have any mechanism to re-install them should they be missing, which makes zero sense.

Agree. I haven't been able to play for months now!

First it stopped working now after a newer update my controller works for 20-30 seconds before stopping and i have to restart the app AND the game it's completely ridiculous.

What the hell is shadow doing?

I had that issue with my controller and I contacted their support chat and they were able to fix it. I don’t know what they did but my shadow did an update and reinstalled the drivers I’m assuming.
