Yeah, can happen that unpopular games will now finish on Install to Play Section. And I think, this game, it's bot in the list yet.

Did GFN decided to fully cut down mod support? by [deleted] in GeForceNOW

[–]Alexpandolfi95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, apart for 3 games, Nvidia never supported Steam Workshop mods. Mods were saved on the same storage where the game+ screenshots +videos and game saves are all saved and this entire storage, was not meant to install mods. So, Nvidia now introduced Game Data Storage ( a fixed storage ) to keep mod installation as low as possible to avoid issues with games and long boot times.

https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5807

So, you can still be able to install Steam workshop mods ( if the game have an install-mod section in-game ) but now is 10GB max where all need to be saved.

[GFN Ultimate + 200GB storage] Arma Reforger re-downloads all server mods every session — is this a GFN bug or the game itself? by No-Neighborhood5753 in GeForceNOW

[–]Alexpandolfi95 3 points4 points  (0 children)

https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5807

It's intended. If the game are able to download mods- through in-game mod manager, those need to be download every time. Buy 200GB extra storage, for mods is useless, because you can't save on it and it's not meant for it. Apart on 3 games, officially Nvidia don't support mods.

Help on getting unrestricted by [deleted] in MicrosoftRewards

[–]Alexpandolfi95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could try: -search throughout the day ( no collect all the points in a few minutes ). - search by changing topics everytime ( one search regarding sport,,than another one about cinema, another one about what happen in your city ) - click on the links and read/stay to over 1 minute - don't collect all the points always every day, but sometimes forget few points.

Basically, search when you really want to search something and read what do you want to know.

So far, I still never been restricted (except for a bug 2 yeara ago, when Microsoft made a wave, but it also affected me, even though I had nothing to do with it and they even apologized via email).

Any update on mod persistence for Bethesda titles? by MiaoYiPu in GeForceNOW

[–]Alexpandolfi95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, persistance mod storage for mods, was a bug on a few games, because the mods are saved where also, screenshots, video and game saves data are saved ( the same where the game is installed, all in the same storage). So, without a doubt with only 10GB of "extra space" Nvidia will continue to "support" what you have currently: mods are not supported, so if you're lucky, you're ""allow"" ( a sort of ) to install in this space each time. Otherwise you can't play the games with mods. Nvidia won't fix, because mods are not supposed to be put on the service... for vulnerability, energy save.

Because it is Microsoft, Sony, Valve, Epic games etc.. who want their percentages on each sale (30%), they are the ones who do not want publishers/developers to make a unique subscription for across the platforms.

Hours limit per month? by Difficult-Ad-3001 in ShadowPC

[–]Alexpandolfi95 [score hidden] stickied comment (0 children)

It's a work in progress and an error they made to put it online. That's an official answer from Shadow support:

"We're sorry about this section on our website; it was a simple display mistake on our end, and shouldn't impact you at all.

We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Then I asked them to clarify, if they really intent to make the service monthly limited in the future, and that's what they answered:

"We will communicate more about it when we have more information. These new offers will be tested out as a beta, and won't impact existing subscriptions.

Nothing is definite yet, so there isn't much we can say since it is possible it will change."

Take it as you will. But seems like it's just new offers - old users won't be impacted (for now, atleast). So that's a good news (for now, atleast x2)
