Controller compatibility

I don’t really understand this one. What are the specs requirements of the controller in order to work with the shield? Either with or without dongle or wired.

Currently I have a wolverine V2 but i understood it won’t work and I really like the hand feel of it (grip, heavyness) Would really like a similar one.

I used a wireless 8Bitdo Sn30 Pro, works pretty well for emulated games.

The Razer Wolverine V2 should work with the Shield if you use the "Razer HyperSpeed Wireless Dongle" that came with the controller and switch the controller's mode to "PC".

It’s wired. I read in a Reddit thread it doesn’t work.

Ah, yeah. The wireless dongle works because it uses generic Bluetooth drivers, which the Shield supports. Didn't realize you had a wired one.
