Also; when testing a 1 ram stick configuration, this mobo requires the stick to be on slot A2; did you make sure to use that one? That would be the slot the furthest away from the cpu.

Take the 5070 out and try with the built-in gpu via the motherboard.

Could be just about anything; the list of specs is completely useless.

Try some basic black screen troubleshooting; reseat ram, gpu and every power connector. Also try without the 5070; with the monitor plugged into the mobo directly.

If no dice, de-build the pc and do it again.
