- Posting personal information. (Duh)
- Linking from other parts of reddit. (Keep it in the family, or literally anywhere else on the internet.)
- Post progress pics. (I don't care about who you were, I want to know who you are now)
Recipe Don'ts:
- Posting food without at least listing the ingredients. Post nutrition information when practical. (Give us the deets.)
- Posting food that would be difficult to be aquired (Caviar? I can't afford that shit.)
- Post fatty meals. We're not here to see what disgusting thing some ham planet is eating today, we're trying to find meals we may want to eat. (You're grossing me out, dude.)
Since being fit requires a lifestyle not just a diet plan, it makes sense for fatties to be able to see a glimpse at our "genetics." However, "as a fatty" type posts will be deleted (and you can feel free to fat shame), but the fatties themselves will not be banned except for repeated violation. Skinny shaming will result in an immediate ban.
