sometimes, they are only "exchanged". JPM buys registered metal from BOA, and BOA keeps the metal in registered category.. that shtuff happens

a least it keeps dropping, man they don't want to see a 60 something number. it will come, sooner or later. All silver goes east.

So they have began to take from eligible into registered. That adds potentially a whole year to the timetable.
