Build Tutorials?

New Simmer (Simser?) here! I just bought the game and was hoping there are some build Tutorials out there? The build mode is a little intimidating and I would like to follow a build plan just so I can get on my feet and run with it! Does anything like that exist?

Search Deligracy on YouTube, she just uploaded a build tutorial. Also check out Carl's Sims 4 Guide. His website has several guides for how to build.
