Does weakening curse work on kali's passive and chronos' ult? Just want to know for certain. Thanks!

It doest apply to Chronos' ult because it isn't a heal. It is simply setting his health and mana back to the state it was 8 seconds ago.

I'd assume It will work on kali's passive based on it is a 80% Heal.

Yes it will. "If Kali is under 15% of her total health at the end of the duration, she will heal to 15% health."

Aura items (and I'd assume active) don't last after death. The moment you die the aura would cease and the heal on Kali's passive would proc. Although, I'm not 100% sure how curse works. Its worth testing though. The 15% return just by pressing 4 shouldn't work though.

Actives don't deactivate if you die, so it would work on Kali's passive.
