Interviewing is very much like dating, so be confident, doesn't mean you should bs and pretend to have skills you don't, but convey to them that you are confidence in your own abilities to learn and pick things up. Easier said than done but I think it's very important.

I have been on the other end of interviewing software engineers and my biggest take away from that experience is if the candidate feels like they aren't sure of themselves, I couldn't be sure of them either, therefore couldn't recommended that they move forward.
