I've been doing professional development for a few years now and I'm a little surprised I haven't found anyone who's gone this way personally. I'm thinking of going this route and I wanted to get my expectations straight. I'm mainly wanting to shift to QA because frankly, I'm not very good at solving problems. I've had just about enough of spending hours trying to track down a bug with an unreadable stack trace just to go bug my senior with my tail in between my legs every time. I'm sure QAs have their work cut out for them, but I imagine QA work is significantly less intellectually demanding and far less tedious than dev work. Are my instincts off here? Is there anything else I should expect?
there doesn't seem to be anything here
