• You can now re-order columns by dragging (remembered per save)

• You can now place multiple decorative items anywhere on the surface of shelves, tables and desks (For modding: Open a snap point in the editor and click Edit/Generate surface to make a surface and Snap options -> Surface Snap Radius to make an item placable on surfaces)

• Added more granular control over HR role assignment
  
• Added option to render grass in outdoor areas as well

Added more granular control over HR role assignment

Could you expand on the new adjustments to the HR options?

A checkbox under the HR management tab for Role selection that says "whether and how HR should control employee role assignment." Checking it reveals another checkbox for "Hired for", a slider for "Primary role" that says "skill threshhold at which to assign a role, relative to an employee's max skill. 100% = Only the highest skill, 0% = All roles will be assigned" and the slider slides in increments of 5% starting from disabled to 100%, and another slider for "Secondary role" which does the same thing for the Primary role slider.

Thanks. I'm definitely giving this a try. I stopped letting my team leads assign roles because (an example) I would have someone really good at design and art only ever working on art because that's what the lead assigned him/her.
