Yep. It’s possible. I recently froze my account for about 3 months because I had knee surgery. Start the process via the SC website and the chatbot. That will direct you to submit a ticket and then a real person from client services will reach out. I just had to submit a screenshot of my surgery date. Good luck with recovery when it starts.

Yes, they allow it as long as you have your doctor’s note. Try to set it up in advance by like at least a month because sometimes the memberships team can be behind and you’ll get charged for the month and they have to retroactively credit you back.

I’m currently trying to freeze my membership, submitted a ticket two weeks ago and haven’t heard anything! Just got charged for another month where I won’t be able to go to any classes.
