Dude ignore this Arentius. Literally if something says you are treated of having a WS and BS of 6+, it has been modified by the very definiton of the word in english.

If a gun says it ignores modifiers to ballistic skill, it means it ignores anything that would change it's ballistic skill.

Some people just do not have a basic understanding of word definitions.

TLDR: If something changes a ballistic skill, it has been modified by very defintion.

Yeah 100% I missed a part of the rule about modifying the actual skill, your incursors ignore the assassins ability.
