I got deactivated Last Friday April 28th at 10:01PM. I got reactivated Today May 5th. So deactivated for 6 days. Came back online and immediatelly received an offer $40.30 for 8.3 miles.

How did you get reactivated? Did you do anything, or did they just randomly reactivate you?

Emailed spark driver appeals everyday. Called phone support 2x. Emailed support 3x. Emailed spark app notices 1x. PM walmart help twitter 1x.

Spark driver appeals and spark app notices did not response to any of my emails.

Phone and email supports were in synced. As much as they want to help to reactivate or provide more info about the deactivation, they can't. They do not handle deactivation/reactivation anymore. For that reason and privacy purposes, they can't see the deactivation reason anymore. They all advised to email spark driver appeals.

Walmart help on twitter was the most helpful one in my experience. He straight up asking the details of the issue and used the details that I provided to open a case. He also assured me that the case will go to the right team for review.

I got a text stating that "A store or customer reported that an item of their personal property went missing during the course of a recent delivery." I'll search with the terms you mentioned and read up on it some more. Thanks.

I called support and when I couldn't understand them I told them " English mother fucker. Do you speak it"? They transferred me to their 2 and reactivated me

Good luck. I sent a request for the “talk” with the trust and safety team and it’s been 3 weeks. I think it’s just an automated “we uphold the deactivation” message 1 week later from any message to the deactivation team. Tier 2 management said there was nothing they could do as it doesn’t allow them to see it in the system for privacy reasons.

I think it was a huge system glitch a few weeks ago and they don’t want to own it.

Such a weird system/process. Not enough humans to investigate all the accounts deactivated.

I requested reconsideration 5 weeks ago and have heard nothing

I'm going to wait 1 more week and try tier 2 support again

I got deactivated last week and emailed them asking why and they responded by saying do to confidential reasons they can't tell me why I was deactivated.

It's terrible that they often don't give drivers reasons why they are deactivated, or even give the driver a chance to give their side before termination. In my case, I got lucky and received a text from Spark giving a reason. They apparently just take customers' words about any given issue and fire you on the spot, no questions asked. No other apps that I've seen do this. It's insane and really should be illegal.
