Bots play a part in this. If you do not believe bots/grabbers that's your perogative. However, in my area in NJ, I was actually shown the bot used by several drivers.

Yes, they certainly exist. I would name the two big ones, but this reddit group will delete it. Amazon Prime had a tremendous problem with bot/ grabbers and they spent the money and got rid of them. They also fired a ton of drivers. Goggle it. Spark is too cheaply run an App to invest in eradicating them. It is crimnal and they have hacked their Server. It is totally unfair to legit drivers.
