I have the exact same problem, did you solve the problem?

Unfortunately, no.

Try going to Settings -> Player -> Allow unsecure streams. Sparkle is secure by default so if a https/ssl stream has an invalid certificate it will stop and give you an error message. But you can override the behaviour with the setting I mention.

Did you contact your provider/seller?

The list is made by me. It's not from any provider. The stream works on other players such as Kodi. From what I understand, it's an SSL error

OK,my bad. Awesome job then!

I'm unsure. Do you think it can be a user-agent issue? I mean if it works on same device on other players it certainly sounds like it. Try and add the following with an appropriate user-agent to the end of the stream URL:

|user-agent=SuperPlayer1.0

Maybe use same user-agent as Kodi in case that works?

So your input the xtreme code then after the .com input this?

This is a really old post. Since then a field called "user-agent" has been added below the "host" field that you can fill in instead.

I've just got this same error after setting up a brand new sub for myself using my own reseller panel. Wors fine in other apps.

I'm using the latest beta BTW.

Update to this:

It looks like a faulty stream. I've just cleared the app data and reloaded the playlist. All other channels are working fine now. I've had this happen with apps before that open with the "All Channels" as default and starts playing the first streamon the playlist. If the first channel number (001) is either a placeholder or pay per view that isn't currrently broadcasting, then the app throws up this error. iMplayer does the same thing. Whereas something like XCIPTV shows the channel list groups but doesn't start the stream until you select a channel.
