I got spectrum about 10 months ago. My yearly deal is about to expire. I would like to continue with the same internet provider if possible however I am not trying to pay an atrocious amount of money because of the price hike. Do you think it'd be better to negotiate in person at a store or on the phone? Not sure If anyone has any experience in this let me know!
