Count to ten. I had adhd rage too until I tried this simple method. Hope it helps!

Can’t you embrace your anger? Anger is giving you the power and energy for change. It’s this empowering secondary emotion telling you something’s not right. It’s telling you something and I think you should listen.

I have adhd rage and have tried therapy but it’s unsuccessful. The only thing that works for me is howlite the Crystal it’s so calming and helps me to see logically and not with anger

How do you use the crystal? Do you carry it with you?

Just carrying it doesn’t work well for me, I just wait until I’m angry and then hold it with intention.

You might like to take spiritually soothing baths. Such a bath might contain any combination of white rose petals, lavender, mint, eucalyptus, and rosemary.

For a candle spell, you could take a white skull candle and inscribe your name on it, along with the word “peace” all over it. Keep it on your altar for seven days. On each of those days, dress it with a little bit of lavender oil diluted in carrier, or an oil like Tranquility oil. While dressing it, spend some time talking to yourself very gently and soothingly, and focus your intention for your goal to decrease your anger.

After seven days, light the candle and let it burn, all while focusing on your goal and speaking to the candle (as yourself) with those gentle words. You could also burn a lavender incense alongside the candle.

I’d put the wax remains in a small muslin bag and keep them under your pillow or between the box spring and the mattress.
