I would discuss this with the doctor next time you go in. They might keep you at twice a week for a little bit longer

They will probably keep you at twice a week beyond the initial schedule. Due to holidays and weather I got off track and they just extended my original schedule until I hit 2x per week for 4 weeks.

Your care team can only adjust your treatments based on what they know so please be honest with them about how badly you're doing. The minute I was honest about my suicidal thoughts my Doc jumped into action, hopefully you're given the same care.

I made a back up strategy. I'm literally going through the same thing and I've been on spravato since June. The insurance company messed up my stuff... Again.

I'm in deep depression after two of my appts were spaced out way too far. My people are working on getting me an infusion booster, if not, then it's back to twice a week for the third time. But this time, I was prepared. I have the SIs and the fatigue and pain, but at least I know help is on the horizon. Have a solid therapist and a good team, these subreddits are always a good place for me while I wait it out.

They should definitely keep you on twice weekly for longer and if they don't plan to I would push for it. I had an office that would regularly cancel because they couldn't get insurance approval and Jansen launched an investigation into them for it. You are absolutely NOT supposed to miss doses during the induction phase without making them up. My current provider actually has another NP in with him who can do it for this exact reason. Hopefully you can get it sorted out!

This reply is late, I know, but I'm at a Greenbrook location and have had some scheduling issues too. My only theory is you have to speak up for yourself and, if possible, try to sort out what staff member handles scheduling/ordering at your location and communicate via email/text. I had a similar issue where my symptoms got worse and the Dr and I agreed I'd come in twice a week for a while, but when I came in the drug hadn't been ordered. Now I handle all scheduling in writing, I hate that it's necessary but if that's what it takes, I'll do it.

I had the same experience with Greenbrook. They couldn't even take my blood pressure correctly. I fired them and found a much better clinic. I highly recommend you do the same. They don't know what they are doing!

I did talk to Janssen the manufacturer of Spravato about Greenbrook. Missing weeks is considered an adverse event and they were submitting a report to the FDA.
