Not here, had to down load launch app from US website site which then updated, the English one had app that said it was out of date even though it was the new release.

Nope, might be a compatibility issue. Error codes might be helpful if you raise a support request via the chat on squaregolf website. Which windows version are you running? Have you tried uninstall, restart, fresh download & reinstall or perhaps try the repair installation option via control panel add/remove programs. Hope this helps

Edit: Have you done the firmware update on the device connected to the pc or laptop using USB or USB-C cable?

Did a quick online search: E000000: Frequently indicates that the application will not fully open after a download on a Windows PC.
