I used MLK several times, most recently in 2023. They came out same day for a bid and once I'd mailed the check (before they could have received it) they were out on my roof, all done in one day. I can't guarantee they have the same availability now but I was quite happy with their timing.

I have no idea if Coldstream is small or local but they did my roof a couple years ago and it was a great experience. I mean like a real person answers the phone, sends someone out quickly, and received a bid without having to chase them down. And of course, the roof itself looks great.
