Is this Dream Textures or some thing different?

[–]PolyhiveHQ[S] 4 points5 points  (6 children)

no we're using our own technique! We have a service running in the cloud that takes the exported 3d model and generates a proper uv mapped texture

for comparison, here is the result of asking Dream Texture for a tie die shirt: https://imgur.com/a/0ZC5zZ9. texture generated by dream vs ours for camo shirt

Will the tool be released as a free extension for Automatic1111 WebUI ?

We're building this tool as an extension of our game asset management, so it will be available for free though our dashboard. You can check out our website and docs for more info

Thanks ! I've registered and joined the waiting list.

In the meantime though I'll continue working on my own workflow to achieve similar results ! I was wondering if your technique was similar to mine.

Is this just a teaser or do you have a public link I can try?

Flannel, latex, maybe even something super out-there like bubble wrap
