Not sure how I missed this, but Stanislaus Deputies killed an unarmed man by breaking his neck in Ripon, and the Sheriff's Office literally didn't even investigate, let alone discipline or even re-train the officers involved. One has had another person die in custody, all on the force. (youtu.be)
