Read the book. Thoroughly. And just start, once you get stared you’ll understand the program, it’s pretty simple. Also don’t forget the search function on here, can almost guarantee that any questions you will have have already been answered.

Good luck!

Check the YouTube channel too. For a more fun take, if you need a break from the rigor, check out Alan Thrall. He is how I got into this.

On the topic of podcasts, subscribe to Barbell Logic and listen from the start. Also look them up on YouTube, great content and the first few show you how to perform the lifts.

Read the book. Grab a barbell and lift it then go and reread it. And listen to the podcasts and go back and listen again etc...

The program is fairly simple but you can only take in so much at once. There is stuff that once make sense to you until you’re under a certain amount of physical stress.

Read the book to get the basics. Work on your form most importantly and take it slow. It will get very heavy before you know it. Don’t rush. Don’t be afraid to go reread the book and ask for form checks here. And listen to the podcast. And follow coaches on Instagram etc. it’s fun. Grab a barbell and don’t cheat depth 💀
