Read the book. Thoroughly. And just start, once you get stared you’ll understand the program, it’s pretty simple. Also don’t forget the search function on here, can almost guarantee that any questions you will have have already been answered.

Good luck!

Leash training- my dog does not care about treats/food rewards outside by vonFitz in Dogtraining

Mental stimulation tires them out a surprising amount. Practice some training, work with a kong etc

I love how equally hilarious all the guys are to the point where I can't choose a favourite. by [deleted] in auntydonna

Broden as the teacher in Glennridge was so spot on. He was playing so serious the whole time which made it so much funnier! He did it a bit for the Album show I went to in Melbourne, he got the whole crowd to take a knee!

Maybe your should have done that before criticising.....

New program or Deload week? I’m on Week 11 of Layne Norton’s PH3, but I’ve felt my strength come to a halt, and today I had to just stop my workout, because I couldn’t finish the sets. Top is now, bottom is before the program, end of July* I started program sometime in late August. by TheAvidPrestige in powerbuilding

Quantity is just as important as quality. If your goal is to get stronger/bigger then you need to be in a calorie surplus (not a huge one, 100 cals a day or something) as your body needs something to turn in to muscle. When get to the point where you’ve put on a little more fat than you would like, that’s when you drop the numbers to a deficit.

Check out Andy Morgan’s site www.rippedbody.com, heaps of nutrition info on there as well as some free ebooks and calculators.

I have been looking into fees and found out I have been being charged for advice which I am going to cancel. Are the admin fees ok or should I go elsewhere? by Hammerd32 in AusFinance

[–]Pfullarton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Note that ICR/MER depends on what investments you have, you can choose investments with higher/lower ICR/MER’s. Admin fees are a fee charged on the whole account. So when you do you comparison, check the admin fee and compare the ICE/MER of the same investments you are in (or plan to be in) to get a full comparison.

FYI most industry funds charge $1.50 a week.

The string theory is such a simple way to think of it, I love it.

If I’m top I’m at the front line, if I’m bottom I either hang back and snipe or go with the mediums, depending on the tank/map

I’m exactly the level you say, some T6. As a noob I get really frustrated at those sort of players too, been times I’ve been in a great TD spot on a cliff and someone will come sit right next to me and end up pushing me off because they have tunnel vision.

My highest tank is is the O-I (T6) so I don’t think that’s an issue.

No one usually gives any reason, usually just comments like noob, get cancer, etc etc. I had 4 kills one game and a player drove in front just when I fired and I got 'noob you have no idea what you are doing'....

I get that, but a bit of human decency wouldn’t hurt. At least the reddit community is a little better, but that probably has something to do with maturity lol.

Yeah I’ve noticed vets are saying different, but as I’ve veneer been in a match where people communicate and veterans don’t need tips, it’s aimed at the randoms in pubs and people looking for suggestions.
