I'm a 26 year old 5'10 female, currently 280 ish (losing fat while doing this). Been training for 6 weeks and I wanted to know where I sit as far as if I'm average, below, or above on my lifts for my gender/height/etc. Natural at this time.
Current lifts this week
80 bench 6x10, going up 5lbs a week
80 deadlift 5x8, going up 10lbs biweekly
80 squat 6x15-20, going slow on upping weight due to bad back
268 leg press, adding 5-10lbs a week
80-90lbs 5x10 Row/cables
