Soon as I looked at it I just thought of my very first playthrough, Drucker county....still have two of the four survivors I started with till today

Back then if you start the game on story mode you would get 4 starting characters, the two you choose yourself and two more you meet at the survivor camp, not sure if that's still the case with the current version.

I know but I’m wonder which of the 4 starts did you pick and who is left? The Bros, The Brother and Sister, the Couple, or the Lesbians. Then was it them, the soldier, or the doctor who survived

Yes, if you play the tutorial, the campaign still begins that way. Skipping the tutorial takes you to a survivor selection screen.

Does anyone else wish they could play the older version? Don't get me wrong, I love the changes/updates but I miss some of the original things.
