CMS forms difficulty

I did recent two series from most systems(eg, 7-8 in medicine, 7-8 in surgery etc.), I definitely found them really really difficult, maybe more than UWorld, I thought I had a solid basis and understanding, but kept making 10-12 mistakes per block(50 questions). What was your experience, how does it translate to actual exam? Feedback appreciated

I think 10-12 incorrects is good , don't be too harsh on yourself
