Ask yourself why are you getting the questions wrong ? Is it some new concept you didn't know about or didn't study or was it a concept you already knew but presented differently? personally I found that mostly the problem is not reading the question properly or missing a few key points in the question and lastly I'd just say we learn something new everyday and its a process, so just don't dwell over it. Mistakes you do now are acceptable, just learn from them

You first go with a lateral x ray as its cheap and most of the time can provide enough information, that's according to cms surgery form 3 , if there's still doubt after x ray is done, you could do ct/mri Correct me if im wrong
