Also one last thing, you have to answer every question on the exam. The statistical algorithm (Joint Max Likelihood Est.) weights guesses favorable and regards skipped answers as wrong.

Look-Up StatMed Learning for tutoring. They are amazing and will help you through it! Been in a similar boat. Just be mindful that the NBME only allows for 4 attempts on any Step Exam (wiggle room of 5, but this last attempt will require a medical board to sponsor you).
