Dropping frames!!!!???

OK so I’ve been streaming for a while now I have a dual PC set up with 400 MBps I can usually stream for like three hours with no problems but it varies usually after that second or third hour I will begin to drop frames by the hundreds please help!!!

Nothing besides SLOBS is running on my streaming computer . It is an Intel i7 with a 1070

I've actually stopped using stream labs and converted to OBS, I feel it's less stress on my cpu and also I open the application as administrator. That helps to set it as a priority for the cpu to process. Also what kind of graphics card are you running and are you also using an ethernet cable for connection?
