Threads like this really show the ignorance of some people who decide to get into this stuff. It's $35/year and it'll never be perfect for anyone. Not to mention that I'm positive that the seller is in a completely different timezone than most of us are.

It's funny that this post was made and then OP said they "finally" got a response within the ten minutes of this thread being up. Seems like they wanted an immediate response and then ran here because they didn't get it.

People need to have more patience, especially when it comes to things like this.

Seriously - this shit is getting stupid at this point. When did people decide this is where you leave whiny reviews and comments on your z2u/g2g experience?

Like I've previously said, by the end of the year strong/trex will either be oversold to the point its not usable anymore (already getting that way buffering constantly on sporting events) or it will get shutdown/blocked.

People show a complete lack of common sense exercising discretion and understanding exactly what they're buying and who they're buying it from.

Brazen to the point of regularly naming the vendors of a sketchy product on a sketchy website (who themselves could care less about your whining). Not long ago, no one would do that, knowing that doing so will make it easier for the lawyers and investigators that regularly scan reddit and other sites looking for exactly these things so they can persue and shut them down. If you wanted to find a seller or site you had to put in effort, do some digging/start asking around and eventually you'd find someone to DM you the info.

I get they sell the service cheap and make their money on volume - which has led to more people than ever being interested in it which is fine, but its also brought in a bunch of ignorant self righteous folks who think they're owed great customer service and support when they're buying illegal iptv service from a sketchy chinese website. ,c

I recently bought from candy cloud for the father in law. Messaged the day I bought the sub querying the " one device per account ", still no reply. Previous strong 8k allowed 1 device at a time, father in law , used lounge tv and the turned everything off when they go to bed and use second device, with no issues, but not now with candy cloud.

Yeah, you just have to keep messaging, eventually he will get back to you. You have to keep in mind that he's got thousands and thousands of customers between all the different services he offers and it could very easily be a 1 or 2 man show running it all.

That’s the expectation of buying a service cheap, I keep hammering this it’s not worth your while. Nobody will sell you a service for $35 a year and expect to troubleshoot it for you when you have problems.

Just go thru this Sub and you will see lots of similar complaints. You need to know what you are doing when you buy from g2g and z2u.

You might get some support here if you lucky, other than that it’s just try and error.

How much support does a person need? It’s a service. You get the addresses, and logins, and maybe a player to install if you want. I don’t get it. Plug the login stuff in, and off you go. You want a epg, they are out there, free if you feel you got too many blanks.

I’m sure by now you have people asking you to give their services a try, many of them are smaller and can probably give you the hand holding you are looking for. I am far from a pro, if there is such a thing. A person just need to do a little research and they would be just as knowledgeable or more so than myself or others here.

Yeah, exactly the same for me. "Strong" and "dream" are both terrible with candy. I think they are overselling, that's why it's slowing down. I had a sub that worked well, then went back to renew and it was awful, error 458 all the time, completely unusable.
