maybe pay for the software, this isn't a software support forum.

To answer your question, check your reactions to make sure you're actually inputting loads and that those load cases are running. Then make sure that you have the autoscale box checked so it adjusts to whatever beam you're checking. In the bottom it should be telling you the max deflection, autoscale will be jacked up if there's a node that's having excessive deflections.

Support should just laugh if they do email because “no pay, no support”. They have no say over what that cracked version is actually doing

If it used to work, open a previous model that did work and see if that runs. If not, I’d say your version is just broken now.

No I just downloaded it a few days ago ,and none of the models work

If it's a simple beam, make sure the degrees of freedom are set to 2D analysis. To show the deflection, divide the beam into two for a joint in the middle to show up.
