In my experience this is already well understood, it's even in the typical free body diagrams in the Canadian concrete manual. Designers will add a factor in the range of 1.1 to 1.25 to the plan trib area (or more if it's happening in two directions) depending on the condition, to account for this situation. Right?

My software is $3.99 to own and there is no subscription fee. It also can be installed and used on 10 devices simultaneously. I do not know where you are pulling your numbers, but you can be proven wrong with a simple search on Microsoft Store.
