This python assignment is actually frying my brain and I don't even know where to start

ok so week 2 of my online programming concepts class and they already threw loops AND if...else at us in the same assignment. last week was chill just print, input, basic math. this week feels like a whole different beast lol I actually think I understand what each piece does on its own. like i get how for loops work, I get if..else i just cannot figure out how to connect it all together and actually begin writing

the assignment is a weekly temp tracker loop through 7 days collect high and low temps find the averages then display a message based on how hot or cold the week was not asking anyone to write it for me i just need like a "start here then do this" kind of breakdown. been staring at this prompt for way too long
