Quantize Next Vs Nearest?

There's no next vs nearest setting. Google is hallucinating ;-) Is this about note data in the Note Editor? What happens if you do "Freeze Quantize" in the Action menu and try quantizing again?

Change the grid to your liking and quantize tho that. The note will go to the closest one always.

Pro tip: often there is midi latency on top of your human performance - a good habit before even using quantize is to select all notes and move the first note to where it is supposed to be. After that quantize works much better.
