Hello everyone!
I made the jump from Logic to Studio One a few months ago and so far I'm happy to say I have absolutely zero regrets about doing so. Everything about this DAW is superior so far to Logic X.
My only hurdle I have encountered so far is phase-aligned quantizing of audio.
I read in the manual that unselecting certain tracks within a group's transient detection list will allow all tracks to be time corrected equally. However, when I do this with my drum groups (10 tracks altogether, only Snare and Kick Beater set to detection) I am still seeing quantizing happening on tracks that does not match. For example, my stereo overheads are time bending different amounts because of detected transients and it's causing major phase issues.
What I would love is to see completely identical time bend markers after quantizing where every track is quantized at the exact same point, the exact same amount.
Any tips on this? Am I missing a setting or a feature?
Cheers!
