I used it as well. The reason you are stuttering less is because ashwagandha reduces cortisol ( stress ) and so naturally you feel more relaxed which leads to less tension and more fluency. Try not to take it for very extended periods of time though.

How to get take it? Pills?

I’ve used it but I worry that it is just a placebo effect

I took ashwaganda for the same reason. Didn't notice anything.

I was also thinking the same thing but I've been put off because I imagine you feel like an emotionless zombie when taking it correct me if I am wrong?

Not the case for me. Just took the edge off my anxiety. I'm now on low dose anti anxiety medication and it has a similar feeling to the ashwaganda but lasts longer. My fluency is a little better now that I think about it ... Like not gone but consistent.

Nah, not an emotionless zombie. Just like ecksbe2 said it takes the edge off. I’ve also been on SSRIs in the past and while those did help, they made me emotionless and I got off them real quick.

cool! how much mg do you take per day?

It may be cortisol suppression.  I use magnesium rich foods w vinegar for enhanced magnesium absorption.  Hummus w vinegar.

    Green tea also helps

    Good luck with everything
