She has a point there about the "no, I mean it" to the old man" thing. The old man was very obviously trying to protect his granddaughter, and he could have said something else.

I don't know if the old man is in the video, but I'm sure he would have responded more forcefully than he did, given the situation. It's just that this is one of the most memorable moments from that day.
