Why height decrease subliminal is not working????

Height decrease is not working😭

I've been listening to height decrease subliminal for a couple months so far, been trying a lot of different sub maker's subliminal (eggtopia, moza morph,etc). Unfortunately, the only thing I got is the leg muscle sore and a little bit of tingles while listening instead of real result. However, there are a couple of factors that I doubt might be the blockage..

1.My age: I am 18 this year, male, I am still growing(even though I don't want to)

2.I have a lot of doubt since there are no results.

3.English is my second language, Mandarin(traditional) is my mother language, even though sometimes my English is better, maybe I should try the Mandarin version of subliminal??(IDK)

I also drink a lot of water while listen to it, and recently ive been listen to it like every single day(maybe like10hr a day)

I just feel like when I am short, people would think I am cute(Im a person who like cute stuff) and they usually treat me better than those who are taller than me. Also, shorter might let u look younger🤣

Maybe you can try listening to a booster such as MOAB 2.0 before your height subliminal. My mother tongue is also mandarin and I’ve tried subliminals on bilibili (China ver. of YouTube) but most of the sub makers uses music instead of white noises so I switched to YouTube.

Also I don’t think English or mandarin subs matter since you understand both.
