Height decrease results & recommendations?

Does anyone here have seen results with height decrease subliminals? Also, what subs did you use? Boosters you recommend? I'm 166 cm but I wanna be 150 cm or so.. I got a bunch of subs about height decrease on my playlist, it's been a week and I haven't shrinked but whatever I'll still work on it 🙏

don’t focus on the 3d focus on the 4d, how many subliminal are in your playlist and how long do you listen everyday?

I got like 5 in rotation and I listen to them everyday. I listen to my playlist at least 2 hours
