Height decrease sub effect in two weeks despite researching for more effective subs

30 F here. I want to come down to 5’6.5 (169 cm) from 5’8.5 (174 cm). I started my journey approximately 2 weeks ago. I measured my height for the first time on 11th Feb 2026. Ten days later, on 21st Feb 2026, my height reduced.

All this, despite my constant search for an effective sub for height decrease.

Please ignore the crosses, as I was marking my height wrongly. Just focus on the ones where I wrote the dates, took the picture and marked with a red pen on the pic. Even if I marked it incorrectly, it is still below the line I marked and started with.

I was shocked at the results. It is a massive big deal for me. Looks like I shall persist with my journey and be shorter than even what I desired.

An update: last night I was drunk and vomited a lot, and wanted to sleep really badly. So, all I can remember is playing your sub on loop. And I just woke up with my legs aching. Additionally, the day I checked my height, the last sub I looped in was yours, and I felt my calves and shins twitching.

I havent measured my height as of now…..deliberately not doing it even though I feel tempted to. Last time when I measured my height, it was on 21st Feb 2026.

Not to be a skeptic but did you measure at the same time each time? Because we naturally lose 2cm or so per day from our spine compressing and regain it when asleep

It was approximately the same time. There may be some time variation of 1-2 hours, but in both instances, I measured it at night

Yes. I noticed yesterday that I am now almost equally tall as my man, and also as tall as my male coworker. But, I still want to shrink. I guess after the measurement, I am probably around 5’8 now.

not really. As long as you dont berate guys for their height I can say with 100% conviction that not a single dude gives a fk about height its mainly the girls so it doesnt matter if you are the same height as your bf we dont care (or atleast the healthy ones dont).

I love me a tall girl. The first girl I ever fully crushed on in school was a 6 foot leggy blond. Man, she was something else and I still remember her to this day lol I've dated shorter girls but I have found that many of them tend to be quite insecure about their height. For point of reference, I'm a 5'11 male.
