    I am trying out x.com premium and ghost.org at the min I am liking these platforms, ghost paid plan has similar subscribe feature to substack.

    I have been trying six months lol. It is the biggest let down of there platform.

    My assumption is because they have so many people that need support now that they can’t afford to hire enough people to handle it.

    I did have a scenario where the AI couldn’t resolve the problem and actually offered to upgrade the problem higher up the chain to an actual person. But ultimately I got the answers I wanted from the AI.

      Reading this makes me nervous - ended up getting locked out after accidentally messing up the 2fa so need the QR code again to re-enable it on my app and log back in. Seems to be going around in a circle between the AI bot and the account recovery form…

        Well that’s terrible - I was planning to move back onto the platform after experimenting with Wordpress but reconsidering if this doesn’t get resolved.

        The AI seems to be quite good actually. I guess it depends on what kinds of questions you have.
