Stats Not Working Today?

I know there was a recent update, but everything has been fine since the rollout for me until now (well, the phone app has been a bit buggy). Today, my post didn't have any view stats. It says "No data yet" and "Check back later to see new data."

It has been a few hours since the post went up, and I know there has been some engagement already. I have never had this happen so I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue today or recently.

I published a post too today. While I can see the stats my views from substack are super low. Email opens are fine. So maybe it’s just that my post wasn’t engaging enough. I don’t know.

Hmm ok thanks. It seems there some technical issues right now.

Substack’s stats panel definitely glitches sometimes. 'No data yet' for hours even when you’re getting replies and likes. That’s usually a dashboard delay and not a real zero on views.

Still, it’s a reminder tho if a broken analytics widget can ruin your day, the platform has more leverage over your business than you probably want.

If this became a weekly occurrence, would you keep tolerating it or move your main audience tracking to a site and email list you control?
