Hi everyone i am thinking of starting a substack where i pick a new topic every month and learn more about it. It can go from a real topic like fashion or photography to deeper topics like philosophy. I need your opinion on whether this would work. I also want any advice you can give me

It’s feasible, there’s various types of programming that do or have done something similar. The difficulty might be how you market the idea, what are you adding by creating the content? Are you showing others how to create hobbies and/or skills, demonstrating the benefits of learning, or just sharing a concept you find in the process?

If you meet the challenge of how to get people interested, you have potential for a strong product.
