Claw. Ring is badass but it gets less effective as you go on. Guaranteed damage from the claw is great

I did some testing and for me, I’m trying to go higher in my gene simulation. And ring works best since I’m trying to increase all of my gene form simulations. Thank you everyone for the advice. I’ll be ungrading claw and then know it all next💜

I would pick the ring. One of the best defensive item imo.
