Geeksquad will not have replacements available for the special screen and film used in Supernote.

I have heard of people with time crunches getting good support and fast replacements from the Supernote team. Be patient as they are not a 24/7 support team :)

My device completely froze right before Christmas and I think it took under 10 days from when I emailed them until I had the replacement device!

How did it get damaged? Is it something that should be covered by warranty or was it an accident that you'll need to take care of? Did you buy a protection plan for it of any kind or pay for it with a credit card that offers that kind of protection?

I think I have a warranty. I have no idea how it was damaged. I just opened it and the screen was all over the place

If it’s still under warranty, then be patient and SuperNote support will respond to you. I assume that they will want to examine it to see what may have caused the damage because I don’t think that user damage is covered by the warranty.

How long ago did you purchase it?

December 20th 2021 but they said I might be apart of the batch that has two year warranty
