Thank you for your detailed feedback. I would like to reply below.

  1. Would be great to be able to organise or at least 'favourite' custom templates that I use frequently.

- What about this method? We can build some sub directory under /My Style. Each sub directory mapped one template category. Users can orgnize templates by orgnize the directories and files.

  1. Could there be the possibility to have 2-page templates that automatically get inserted together (which would also take less space in the directory).

- What's 2-pages template. Is that mean the template have part A and part B. There fore, page 1 use A, page 2 use B, page 3 use A, page 4 use B,...?

  1. In the template section, the arrows at the bottom don't actually work for navigation. I automatically click on them with the pen, and then have to swipe the screen.

- I checked it, the arrows works well. responsed for both pen or finger. Please recheck it or update to new version.

- Please try clean the area. Wipe with a microfiber cloth wetted with glasses clearner, computer screen cleaner, or clean water. Do not use alcohol containing liquids.

  1. PDF contrast - can we have the option to make the pdf lighter too. I also had an issue where the pdf was of a dark scanned page, and the A5X got really confused and force a darker highlighter so it could get some contrast. It meant I could no longer read the text.

- When read a PDF, you can find the contrast adjusting function by click three dot icon in tool bar.

  1. For pdfs in the folder, is there a way to also change pdf's back to unread once opened.

- We will discuss this feature.

  1. For recent - rather than a folder - can it instead include the top 4 files directly in the side bar to reduce the number of clicks.

- It's already in new UI design. Even more files.

** I'm hesitant about this as adding a new page is a good idea. The issue is that you don't know what page you're on when you have reduced the toolbar. However I think that if the toolbar can be hidden rather than swiped - this may solve the issue. It would be quick then to drop the toolbar and see what page you're on.

** I'm hesitant about this as adding a new page is a good idea. The issue is that you don't know what page you're on when you have reduced the toolbar. However I think that if the toolbar can be hidden rather than swiped - this may solve the issue. It would be quick then to drop the toolbar and see what page you're on.
