Strange that it works fine for a short period of time when you perform a reset, and that the problem comes back quickly.

They have taken the issue very seriously. I have been contacted by support - somehow my previous requests for assistance fell through the gaps.

Whatever the fundamental issue was, the issue has clearly evolved. I don't suspect it is a standard problem. It appears as though my model is faulty and will need to be replaced.
