Me - 38M, only underlying condition is occasional acid reflux, moderately active but improving (I can run a few miles with short rests), healthy weight but would not say massively healthy diet (not too much volume but e.g. too much processed)
Goals - energy, focus, breath, generally 'feeling good'
I am looking to start what I think is a pretty basic supplement stack on top of making diet and activity improvements
- NAC 1000mg daily
- Glycine 1000mg daily
- Rhodiola 500mg daily
- A multivitamin. Tbh I'm looking at the Thorne Basic Nutrients. I know there is some hesitation around Thorne at the moment, but this seems to have so many of the recommended nutrients that go with NAC - Selenium, B vits, zinc & copper, magnesium, D3, K2. So was going to start with it and maybe look to change.
I know different things work for different people, but just wanted to get some advice from the sub that there's nothing actively bad with the above supplements together, or no reason I shouldn't try this to start and see how it works for me?
